Sometimes when we email a reply with an attachment.... Windows Live mail crashes, sometimes windows crashes also, sometimes both crash, and the email doesn't go..... sometimes it does.... we have tried fixing Windows Essentials.... rebooting and whatever.  Can't find a solution on the net..... any geeks out there have a solution?  Fired 2 IT's, and Time Warner Cable is a lost cause..... any suggestions?
