I was wondering the same thing Lu. I guess you probably received the same email as I did from PATTY - REAL TITLE, asking to give her an idea of the states/counties we cover and our fees.  I've never heard of the company, but she says that she has plenty of vendor references that she can give, so we can be assured of payment.  She is listed on SOT in California.
