I was very impressed! If he doesn't generally accept business from companies such are yours I have to wonder who's business he accepts? Can you shed any light on what he meant by "companies such as y'alls? What was the conversation leading up to this response? He admittedly had no experience with your company as this was your first order. It is puzzling.
