I have heard nothing of the sort from the attorneys I work for. As long as what I send them is contained within the county of record PUBLIC RECORD - there is no liability, from what I understand.  If you hear any different (or would elaborate on the attorneys who are "leaning" in the direction to which you refer - please advise).  I just renewed my E & O insurance, which asked somewhat similar questions - and was told that as long as it was "public record" - I was ok.

This business is getting somewhat scary - I wish I could find one of those jobs that "if you love what you do, you will never work another day in your life!!"  LOL!  Thank you for the "head's up".
