I absolutely agree!  Rural areas are harder to get to and navigate, it opens the door for error to rush these. I have worked with SLT and believe me they check on ETA before the deadline, I respect their process, and find it hard to believe they are not meeting deadlines.  They pay great!  Never had an issue.  I think this person would be hard to please no matter the vendor.
