Thank you for this Alix.
We've worked with Southern Land Title and have always found them to be professional and polite. They understand what it takes to work in rural counties.
We are one of those independent abstractors who travel to some of the most isolated rural counties in the America. Our workday often begins at 4am so we can be at the courthouse when they open. It ends only when the reports are prepared and the order is returned sometimes long after midnight. It's not easy but is the only way to deliver the accuracy our clients deserve.
Mark Hoover's attack on SLT demonstrates his lack of understanding or appreciation of title abstracting in rural counties in the US.
