Very good point Lisa and one that some otherwise good American abstractors seem to have missed. In my view, completing an order for an offshore company is a betrayal of our clients who are working within the bounds and laws of the US.
I believe foreign outsource companies understand this. Why else would so many offshore companies set up elaborate pretexts to make us believe they are based in the US? Their business model only succeeds when they can convince US abstractors with legitimate access to courthouse records to do what they cannot.
