I say it was for their contractor abstractors in India....because us Americans do quality searches!  Surprise you are all working for them.  I have on my spreadsheet "per SOT do not work for...from India and slow pay."   I am kind of curious if everyone has ever thought this out.  If you don't do work for them then they will not be able to complete the orders given to them and then the American companies would realize that they can't give orders to oversea companies.  You are shooting yourselves in the foot!
