I found their word only to be good 20% of the time since they promised me 5 different dates that a payment would be sent out before I finally got paid. 145 days from search date is unacceptable! The fact that I spent time composing 6-8 emails and multiple times on the phone for $130.00 is unacceptable! I think being wary of them was a polite way of saying don't do it!. I think that a company that strings you out and wastes your time in this manner for so long and does it multiple times should not be open for business. I know that Elaine is super nice but it doesn't make up for all the wasted time getting paid.
