Alix,   Do they always come thru when they give you "an idea of when payment will come"?

 I think many who complain of non-payers, they do not follow up like you say you do.  It does take your resources to have to "contact them", something you should not have to do with an honest company.   Hopefully they don't cause you a major problem down the road.
