Good decision Amanda.  Perhaps if a few more abstractors would wise up and decide not to get screwed  as you say, they would be out of business.
 A simple solution would be to tell them they need to "reorder" because you have already completed that order, and you need a new order @ to keep your records straight.
That would stop their B.S. method of screwing over abstractors.
