I'm not a programmer, but my first answer is going to be NO. At least not without paying. Most all of the sites I use in my area, even though they are free, at some point require you to enter a code proving you are not a "robot". So the only way to do what you are asking is to link directly to there database, not the website. Since these sites have a proprietary ownership, even if you could talk them into it, they are probably going to charge you a large fee.
