Why would you give them 3 chances to make you be "ripped off"?
Most businesses would terminate business with them after the first time you felt
'ripped off". Title abstractors need to act more like business persons, and conduct their
BUSINESS in such a manner as most other businesses do. Maybe you need to consider filing a court collection action to get your money.
