I think being wary of a consistently late payer is always in order, but Realmetrix has come through twice when they've gotten behind. My rule is to contact them as soon as the account is 45 days behind to make sure that something is in the works or at least an idea of when payment will come. So far, their word has always been good. I'll gladly continue to work with them -- especially since my main contact, Elaine, is always so professional, honest and friendly. I know she'll understand when I put out payment reminders and push for payment from the powers that be.
