Source of Title Forums: Re: Assuming non-Assumable mortgage?

I'm not sure what happened. But, regardless, I don't think it would affect the validity of the mortgage at all. I would guess that if it was not approved, the loan could be called due. Maybe someone just took a chance, figuring that as long as the payments are made nobody would care.
