We just moved; our mailman in our old area didn't deliver. He would throw away mail if he didn't feel like finishing his job. Yes, really. He sometimes would throw it into our recycle bin. We would go to the main office for our route--complained about it, and was told that as he had tenure, the manager could do nothing but transfer him.

Our current mailman delivers the wrong address to us. I haven't yet been able to figure out where ours goes as none of our neighbors end up with it...

USPS is horrible!!
