I use Bing maps to find county lines.  When I noticed that they were no longer on the maps I E-mailed them and explained why I need to know what county a property is located in. I received a reply from them with a few questions about my use of Bing maps and the next time I got on there to find a county I noticed that the county shows up in a box in the upper right corner.  I didn't see the county lines though.
