I see two of the partners on the "management team page" are Sailesh Chandra and on the Georgia SOS, the registered agent is Swaroop Reddy.  (business name registered on 10/14/15)  Both of these people owned Rectitude Systems...who is now out of business and owes many abstractors.  He also started VisionNet Systems and AltiSource.  They have other companies as well.  According to Chandra's Facebook profile, he still lives in India.
