Here's a quick update.  Two persons sent me email yesterday saying they like it and asked about price.

Here's the deal.  Two options (open to other option as well if you got one)

a) $550 one-time fee for a similar web app for you or your company including minor change(s) such as one or two fields addition or removal.  It also includes my help with monthly hosting, which is about $35. 

Delivery time: one week

Payments: two.  Down payment of $300 and the balance upon delivery of the app hosted and ready.

b) SPECIAL Offer, $350 one-time fee for similar web app for you or your company including minor change(s) such as one or two fields addition or removal. It also includes my help with monthly hosting, which is about $35.

Delivery time: 2 days upon agreement

Payments: two. Down payment of $200 and the balance of $150 upon delivery of the app hosted and ready.

The above special offer expires on 2PM EST 1/27/2016.
