1- Doesn't your county auditor/engineer have a GIS site? Your state should have a GIS site.
2- Bing/Microsoft shows Counties as Google Maps doesn't. Google Earth, does, but you have to turn it on.
3- Download Googe Earth - it has a plug in that includes S/T/R and counties. They also have plug ins for parcel data. (Without Plug Ins - on left, click "Layers", Click "More", Check "US Govt" - it will show County Lines or whatever you need, it just will not label them, so you can see the county line you just cant see what county.)
4- Try ArcGIS, get the viewer and plug in the info. If your shop is "that" big you really should contact a GIS person to set something up for you. I set up a GIS database for myself in a weekend. Your state website has all the info to download for free.
Other questions would be are "do you have a parcel #" ? I've never done any work in MI so I'm not familiar with the set up. Tell me what/why & I'll tell you how. If I know what you are looking for, I can give you the quickest, easiest answer.
