I agree with Alix,   we may submit a

"report" with info about what we find in a prescribed period, CO, 10 year, 20 year, or maybe 40 years.  No where in that paperwork, do I "sign anything".  Therefore, if a signature is required to

 trigger the law as it affects us, how can we as a person who only reports on the partial history of

a real estate parcel, be required to have a license??????
