You have to show proof of insurance both to the State and to the Insurance Company - to the State that you have insurance and to the Insurance that you have a license.. to get coverage.. that's how ours is.. once licensed.. you can not have an gaps in insurance.. Hope that helps.
No continued ed for licensing either... but you must pass a test to get the license.
