Hi Randi:

I only have one client who  requests that I only send them a copy of the deed & any judgments.  They want all the mortgages abstracted by hand onto their forms.  My handwriting is illegible so they sent me a template that I could type onto which is fine.   If they wanted everything hand abstracted then they would have to look elsewhere as preparing an abstract by hand, without any copies, is extremely time consuming & my time is valuable.
