There is a time cost associated with collecting copies. Regardless, markups are how businesses make money. It may cost me $20 to have an abstractor produce a current owner search but I sell it to my customer for $75. Is that misleading or criminal? There is nothing misleading or nefarious about a copy fee markup. Your argument is both ridiculous and insulting.
