My company is called Veracity Research, not Velocity Title. 

I was an employee at GDS/TitlePrep. I was not in charge. It was not my "venture" and I did not make the rules. I left GDS/TitlePrep when it became clear the owners would never clean up their act.

Veracity Research is my venture, and I do make the rules here. All of my abstractor partners get paid within 30 days on every single order without exception. We work very hard to make sure that happens. You can ask any of the abstractors we work with, dozens in any given week, and they can attest to it. We've been operating since April 2017 and we haven't missed a payment yet. 

I am sorry for how you were treated by GDS/TitlePrep. I disagreed with it at the time and when I left to start my own company, where I could make the rules, I made sure that we would always treat abstractors with respect - and so we do.
