Don't waste your abstractors' time as you have with all the BS you have been throwing back.  Walk down to  the AP dept. and watch them "cut the check" in front of you, and place it in an envelope yourself and mail it out that day.   PROBLEM SOLVED, and you'll look better on here to all who see thru you gamesmanship.
