I heard through some sources that Florida was going to start checking ID's of sellers and buyers at the clerk locations. I'm not sure this is going to happen but I guess it's a way of dealing with it. That being said, is it really that big of a fraud racket? Home Title Lock likes to scare the pants off old people that this is happening every minute, they may already have been the victim??!! I only wish I came up with that revenue stream. I think it's a giant scare tactic market.
