How often does this actually happen?  I've heard it happens a lot but I also heard there was a huge campaign by the big title protection companies trying to show it happens a lot.  Therefore, scaring homeowners into buying their services to monitor any new Deeds that get recorded.  I was actually thinking about adding this to my services.  Starting out really small and just handling CA.
