 I'm the person you spoke with about this order. I created an additional order  on 7/6/2023 2:18:00 PM to pay you for the copy costs that were missed. After you and I had our back and forth I dug into my emails and found your original email where you did indeed state the copy costs were $2 so I created that order right then to pay you for the $42 in copy costs. That check hasn't been cut yet but it will be going out to you this month. I do apologize for this miss on our part and the frustration this has caused you!
