We received an email this morning as well.  I believe you're correct, Jay, about the CT address being an apartment building.  Looks like the CA address is a UPS Store address.  The website looks a bit questionable.  They show 'nationwide" coverage and underneath, it states "We have coverage in all Western States".  Can't be "nationwide", if your coverage is only in the western states.  Will be checking with my manager as to whether we respond to their email.  Will definitely be following this post for future comments.
