Hey Bill, 

We are wondering the same thing. They email every day asking for the same information that we have already provided them. At first they asked for our pricing in Arkansas and we provided that. They said we were too expensive, and provided what they wanted their prices to be. $15 for a full search in some counties!!!! I told them we were firm on our prices and they agreed to our pricing. But then just keep emailing asking us to fill out the same forms as before and our updated pricing. I don't have the best feeling about it either and completely agree that any of us that are starting out with them, need physical checks sent before setting up a direct deposit situation.
