I will explain you why do we ask for canceled check. We experienced in the past that we sent a check to our abstractor address and name and it could not get into their account because of wrong information provided, later abstractor come back to us with corrected information which will delay the payments. So, to overcome with this issues we have started asking canceled check to avoid human errors. If you are confident that you have provided correct information on our vendor agreement we are good to go.
