I did an exam for them in May and told them since it was our first order together they would have to pay immediately. They did. I then did a few more in July and payment was due end of August. I have not yet been paid for those, but I called and confirmed the invoices and they say the check is going out end of this week. As long as I get that I don't consider that late payment. One nice thing for an overseas company, which I believe they are regardless of where they are incorporated, is that they generally do answer the phone if you need to reach someone quickly, say for a question you need answered while you are at a county doing an exam. They also answer email pretty promptly.
