We got a request for pricing from them. We put the email in a folder called "suspect, and potential future client". We now wait for a posting from someone on here to see if they pay, before we give out info to them. I refuse to waste my time, chasing outstanding invoices from past risks we took. The game of them wanting to be "our vendor manager" is over. That day is behind us. Our regular paying clients love this. They do not have to compete with these "bidders".
