Robert,

 How about NALTEA offers a Commercial, ROW, Mineral designation to their certifications.  I have so many colleagues in different industries, running title, tired of their professional associations not supporting the "independents" within the industry.  This is the time for NALTEA/SOT to pull in ALL Title Professionals...
