Source of Title Forums: Re: Title Report App Review

(1) This Title Report tool and its variants currently support the following states: WI, CO, WV, AL. With some tweak, it can support other states as well. Hence, if you are not from any of these states, the tool can be changed to fit your state's specific need / requirements.

(2) If you'll use the tool just for yourself I can make it run locally on your own computer as well.
