Hello Nathan, let me inform you exactly who I am. My name is Sean Roberts, PROUD owner of Roberts Property Reports, Inc., a company that we have been operating successfully for over 25 years. Unlike your company, I started my business on my own and in starting a business on your own, there are certain things that I pride myself on. One of those things is offering the BEST customer service. At this point, it appears that you offer subpar service which is abundantly clear as you are on here trying to defend the actions of your company in the most petty of fashions. Your company is known around as a misleading and irresponsible establishment that beats searchers out of money to feed your undeniable greed. The copies that you refer to were asked for and therefore were provided. Your company, as well as your employees, were extremely late getting back to us to inform us of the change in copy request that was ordered. That change happened well after you received the copies and then you proceeded to tell us that we would not be getting paid for them until you "reviewed taped phone conversations between myself and Angela". Now before I begin to laugh hysterically at this outlandish statement, I feel the need to bring up this fact. The fact that you need to listen to recorded phone conversations in order to figure out how you can beat someone who is sending you a bill speaks volumes about your company. It proves that you will literally do anything in your power to not pay. That is not who I want to do business with and I am sure that the rest of the searchers out in the world would feel the same way if they were in my shoes.
And speaking of those supposed "recorded conversations", we have YET to receive a phone call back regarding this matter, let alone some sort of payment. This just adds to the deplorable nature of this company.
