RUN!!!!   I did work for them & we are out HUNDREDS of $$$ for copies-Courtstreetusa decides what they will pay you-Not what you charge - They are going through small abstractors and beating every single one of them out of out of pocket copy cost- I cut them off & within the last few days I have received 3 calls on document retrieval for the county we were doing for them.  Told them to reject their orders due to NON PAYMENT- Also, with almost every order, I either got numerous calls or other request for more copies- These are foreclosure searches & they want all actual copies-they request a 2 owner-out of family- 99% went back 5/6/ 7 deeds back to the 50's-Knowing they can not get the copies other than use an abstractor to be their lap dog-  DO NOT DO THEIR WORK!
