I even started the application process til I learned a few things:

A. I am specialized to North Carolina, but they told me I would be doing a lot of other states with little to no training, just pumping out searches. This could be disastrous unless you are familiar with the State Real Estate Law and search functions.

B. I read also somewhere that they are "no payers". I instantly stopped the process after that.
