Maybe Robert can weigh in on the subject, but I've been told that unless the other party,

 in this case the company agrees to and initials the changes, you do not have a full and legal

binding agreement in place.  You can make changes to  "amend' the contract, but both

parities must agree and sign to be valid.   Robert ???
