We are currently seeking a qualified residential and commercial examiner. We have worked very hard to cultivate a professional environment where all of our employees are treated like professionals. This is a full time salaried position with bonus opportunities.

What You Will Do:

Perform title examinations while adhering to title standards and company policy.

Conduct title examination based on available information: title insurance order, purchase agreement, title search, real estate tax data, name search, assessment search and plat drawing.

Provide professional guidance to customers, without giving legal advice.

Type, proof and review the title commitment and all customer correspondence for accuracy and content, prior to distribution.

What We Expect:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Outstanding customer service skills.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience examining title.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

Overall positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
