You certainly are not the only person that they have ripped off. They did the same to me. I went through the legal system and I am happy to say I received a check from their bank a couple of days ago, only after I had to have their wages garnished. It was quite a long process but I ended getting everything they that was owed to me plus the court fees it cost to file these judgmentents.
