On September 1, 2015, I received an order from Lisa Hathway McComas for my business to perform a 20-year cell tower search for your firm's borrower, Angleton Properties, Inc. The address searched was in Harker Heights, TX. I performed this research, completed the order and submitted the work on September 3, 2015. I also invoiced Capstone in the amount of $116.00. To this date, I have not received payment for the services ordered and supplied. On November 5, 2015, I sent a follow-up email to Capstone inquiring as to the status of payment and received no reply. I followed that email with still another on November 16, 2015 and, again, received no reply. Then on December 8, 2015, still again, another email with no reply. On December 11, 2015, after numerous calls, I finally reached Lisa at your business and she said she would put my payment in the mail that day and that the out-going mail had not yet been picked up. She also stated she would immediately scan a copy of the check and e-mail it to me. This DID NOT HAPPEN. After viewing numerous industry forums, it appears I am not the only business to fall victim to this business. In Texas, we call this theft of business services.
