Visionet is India based and one of my favorite clients.  Jeevan appears to be the man in charge in India proper and he is one of the nicest, kindest, most level-headed and honest men I've ever dealt with.  (Yes, I know -- it sounds like we're ready to pick out curtains together!  I don't think I could handle the climate in Bangladore, tho.)  Any time I've had a payment issue (and that was long ago and just confusion as they were starting up) has been instantly handled and corrected.
