We as a Tierra Title USA tried to engage with you in getting the title work done in an order by obtaining a search quote and ETA before getting started with that particular order.

Per our payment policy as standard across in the industry we were to pay you Net30 day basis, however on request of you we were even agreed to pay you 50% upfront; however we didn't get any positive response with you on the same.

Our company as a Tierra Title USA, we been associated with many of our clients and many of abstractors in getting title business done on day to day basis. Yes we are based at Texas.

We been in the industry for the past 5 years associated with our various title partners and till now we have not defaulted on the payments for any of our abstractors.

When it comes to working with you... it did not go well to our liking since there were little misunderstanding in the payment terms, as explained above, however we would like to work with you in the next opportunity if possible and also request you get back to me for any further information and clarification on our company at sunny@tierratitleusa.com
