May times I have had more than 500 pages. Some of which I bill $5.00 per copy because that is what I am charged on our copy system. Others depend on what the county charges us.  I find some companies would like this waved but then we would have to up the search fee and usually they want the search for a flat fee which can make it difficult. It is what it is and the fees are set as far as copies. We do not get to negotiate the copy cost. We also have to include what it would cost us in the amount of paper, toner and man power to complete the search.
