I have been trying to do a better job of keep up with the discussions on SOT but lost track of all of the responses on the discussion on copy costs. Thank you for drawing attention to it as it gave me the opportunity to go and pick up what I had missed.
What a great discussion. I come to this site for valuable advice and I think this was a great topic.
