Source of Title Forums: Re: LENGTHY SEARCH

In PA, one county is .25 a page Recorders and Prothonotary's and a few years ago, it was higher at .50 a page. Get this, they lowered it. In another county, Recorders is .50 a page and Prothonotary's .20 a page. Wow, RI is alot higher. I'm sure these costs vary from state to state. Thank you for sharing that information.
