Title Abstracting:  the only profession where you are expected to LOWER your fees with more experience!  I'm sick of it.  We're only hurting ourselves to charge rock bottom fees for our important and mistake-free work.  Why should I agree to charge less for a new client?  Makes no sense.  You get what you pay for.  If you want to pay ridiculously low fees, then look somewhere else.  My 30+ years of experience should count for something.
