You are getting $50 for just a current owner search?  Wow.  In PA, it is $35.00.  I tried to charge $50 the other day because a current owner ended up being a two owner and I had to get approval.   They were kind of picky about the price too.  So what's wrong with getting $50 per search if the client is willing to give you a large quantity of searches? That could be quite a bit of money.  I'd grab it while the offer's there and no offense to you of course.
